General Information

FROM ITALIA, LLC SHIPS ONLY TO ADDRESSES IN THE UNITED STATES. We strive to send your order on its way to you within 24 to 48 hours. A few products, however, may take longer: these products are identified in the product descriptions. We ship our products via FEDEX ground, which generally takes 3-5 business days depending on your location. If you require faster delivery, additional shipping options are provided to you at check out.

When you check out, your shipping costs will be computed. These costs are what the common carrier charges us to deliver your products based upon the weight and distance traveled.

We will notify you by e-mail when your package has been shipped and provide you with the required information to track its shipping status.

Shipping of Wine

From Italia, LLC, in compliance with state laws restricting the direct shipping of wine, will only ship wine to the following states: Alaska, California, Colorado, Hawaii, Idaho, Illinois, Iowa, Missouri, Nevada, New Hampshire, New Mexico, North Dakota, Oregon, Virginia, Washington, West Virginia, Wisconsin, and the District of Columbia. While Minnesota does allow direct shipments of wine, they do not permit Internet sales. If you live in Minnesota and are interested in any of our wines, please call us at (925) 838-7619 for our catalog. We can also ship to Pennsylvania under the 'three tier' system.* Please contact us at (925) 838-7619 for details. Many states limit the amount of wine that an individual can ship. From Italia, LLC sells and ships wine only to persons 21 years of age or older. When you place an order for wine, you certify that you are of legal drinking age. In compliance with state requirements, orders containing wine will be labeled and will require an adult's signature upon delivery. If you, or another adult, cannot be home to accept delivery of your package, we suggest that you ship your package to your place of business.

Returns

If for any reason you are not satisfied with a product, please call our customer service department at (925) 838-7619 or e-mail Jim@fromitalia.com for instructions on returning the product. Items being returned must be shipped within 14 days of the date of delivery.
